8:00 A.M.

Check in at registration. Pick up golf goodie bag, purchase Big Shot packages, raffle tickets, drink tickets and any extra tee shots.

9:15 A.M. 

Announcements at Club House (outside)

Go to Designated hole

9:30 A.M. 

Shotgun start, begin playing

Turn in scorecards at clubhouse when finished golfing

3:00 P.M. End of Play (ETA) 

BBQ, awards ceremony, and raffle drawing

Continue purchasing raffle tickets up until drawing

USGA rules apply except as modified below.  The way a scramble works is that all four people on a team tee off. The team then decides whose tee shot is in the best position, and all four team members then hit their ball from that location. This continues until the team reaches the green. They pick the best green lie, and each member putts from there. Only record the best score. Each team of four “must” use three drives from each player.  No player can hit two consecutive shots except when putting.  All players putt.

Raffle (Red) – Raffle tickets can be purchased for $5 a ticket or 5 for $20. Drawing will take place after the awards ceremony. The more raffle tickets you purchase, the more chances you have to win some great prizes!  Unlimited!  You can purchase as many as you want and increase your chances to win!

Mulligan – Mulligan tickets can be purchased for $10 a ticket.  Please keep track of used mulligan’s by tearing the used tickets in half.  Can be used for any shot or putt.  Mulligan shots are considered a “do over.” Limit 2 per person. Cannot be used for contests.

Exchange a Drive – Purchase an Exchange a Drive for $10 each.  Exchange a Drive with another player on the team. Can’t be used for contests.  1 per player.

Drink Ticket – Purchase drink tickets for $5 each.  Please drink responsibly.

Ladies Tee Shot – Ladies tee shot can be purchased for $10.00.  Limit 1 per player.  Allows you to hit from the ladies “Tee” on one hole—one time only.  Each team member may use his “Ladies Tee Shot Ticket” for his shot.
Tickets are not transferrable to team members.  Cannot be used for contests.
